3-4 CERTIFIED OFFICIALS PER GAME.

FRIDAY, 11/24/2023
7:00AM – 6:00PM: Team Check-In
8:00 AM: Gates open at all field venues.
9:00 AM: Tournament games begin,
7:00 PM: Last kick-off for the day.
SATURDAY, 11/25/2023
8:00 AM: Gates open at all field venues.
9:00 AM: Challenge games
5:00 PM: Last kick-off for the day.
SUNDAY, 11/26/2023
7:30 AM: Gates open at all field venues.
9:00AM: Championship & Consolation Games
5:00 PM: Last kick-off for the day.

$15.00 Adults $5 kids 5-17/ per day

REFUNDS
Full refunds are given to teams who withdraw before the November 13, 2023. No refunds are given to teams who withdraw after that deadline. All refunds are processed after tournament weekend.
RULES
The West Coast Invitational - Thanksgiving Turkey Bowl complete rules; Refer to NFHS with some special tournament rules more information to follow. Each team must provide their original roster and player cards. You can add ONLY (5)players that was not on your original roster, but you must have their original player card from the team(s) they played with, birth certificate & state ID card. NO high school players can play if they did not play with your team the entire season. A minimum of 15 players and 6 coaches per team or what's on your original roster.
INSURANCE
All teams must have proof of current team or association insurance to participate. A copy of proof of coverage must be emailed with each registration teams information. Without proof of insurance, teams will not be allowed to participate.
